From enterprise boardrooms in London to the old growth of the Cowichan Valley, everything I do comes down to the same craft: earning trust, telling stories that move people, and bringing people together around complex things.

The enterprise years
Five years at IBM selling analytics and cloud into government and life sciences. I earned the 100% Club award for exceeding targets, closed the first SaaS cloud sale into the UK Cabinet Office, and learned to translate complicated technology into human terms, on conference stages and in boardrooms.
Canada
The founder years
I co-founded Sensemillier, a national education and technology company built to replace stigma with research-backed understanding. We help Canadians look past polarized narratives and appreciate a complicated industry on its merits. I lead our strategy, operations, and fundraising, and I built our platform and website myself.
Honeymoon Bay, BC

Two years ago we moved our family to Honeymoon Bay, in the heart of BC forestry country. I have served as a director of the Honeymoon Bay Community Society, where I remain an active volunteer, hosted the New Forest Act tour's stop in our community, and guide forest therapy sessions at Riverdaughter Acres, the small acreage we host guests on and steward.
I try to be someone who is trusted in both rooms: with the people who work the land, and the people who worry for it.
That trust is earned slowly, in real conversations, and it is the most useful thing I know how to build.
